When it comes to Lifestyle, optimising our sleep, reducing stress, and increasing movement can all have a really positive impact on our health. 

These are just some of the elements we look at with clients to help identify simple changes to how we live our lives. By doing this, we can make massive strides in our health and wellbeing. Our goal is to achieve for you a sense balance, happiness and contentment that the modern way of living often rails against.

The WellNow Company is headed up by Suzanne Leyden, Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coach and co-founder. Having made a career change in 2013 from TV, film and advertising production to become a health coach, and as a mum to 3 small children, she can relate to the intense pressures we all face on a day to day basis.

Based in the Dun Laoghaire area in Dublin, Ireland Suzanne can coach either in person or online and has coached many international clients.

We at The WellNow Co recognise that maintaining a healthy lifestyle in today’s always-on world can be difficult so we have designed a number of different approaches to reach as many people as we can in both the work environment and at an individual level. 1. One-to-one Coaching

For a fully tailored and individual approach, we work with clients one-to-one to guide them to clearly define and achieve their goals. We support them through this process to really help them succeed. We coach online or in person.

By taking a holistic approach Suzanne will empower you to achieve your own health and wellness goals through coaching to live happily and healthily. By analysing your current diet and lifestyle in a one-on-one session, together, you will devise a specific action plan targeting nutrition and lifestyle changes. Become armed with specific meal ideas, plans, recipes, specific fact sheets, recommended reading and, if needed, over-the-counter supplements.

Our 'Be Well Now' Programme is ideal for groups within an organisation who are looking to make positive changes to improve their health and bring more balance into their lives. With this programme, we deliver an in-person kick-off session to the group who have signed up to the programme. Participants are then walked through the process of designing their own Master Plan as they complete the content online. Finally, we deliver an in-person wrap-up session where we can answer any questions that have cropped up and empower the group to maintain motivation as they continue on their wellness journey.

C. Planning
